Òscar Cadiach is truly one of the world leaders in mountaineering, alpinism and climbing. His inspiring accomplishments include becoming the oldest person in the world to have climbed the fourteen 8-thousander peaks at the age of 64. He has led dozens of expeditions and documentaries. His driving forces are hard work, humbleness, motivation and determination. His commitment to his motto “Sempre amunt!” or “Always up” support and challenge him and others to reach their highestsummits.

A passionate, innovative and courageous dancer, Liz King definesdancingasahumanright.Founderanddirectorof initiatives related to art, dance, integration and selfexpression, Liz is responsible for a lot of what’s been going on in the Austrian and international dance scene. Her grit and passion led her to launch Tanztheater Wien, Dance Identity, and Body Focus Group. Liz focuses much of her own work on integrating the local population with asylum seekers, through international and local workshops.

The colon, rectum, stomach and gallbladder were taken away from Juan Dual before the age of 28, which made him re-evaluate his life. He took his bike to travel Nicaragua-Patagonia and started running marathons and long trails to challenge himself, inspiring thousands of people on his way. He founded Runnife, an association to raise awareness and funds to help people with cancer. In 2018 his adventures will take him to the Antarctic, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Scotland. His motto:“No lo pienses”or“Just do it”!

Laura Pana founded Migrationlab, a non-profit organization, which enables new ways to acknowledge, relate to and communicate with each other. Migrationlab was inspired by Laura’s own journey as a Romanian woman migrant in Europe. Since then, Laura has developed projects in multiple European cities and countries. Her inspiration and drive come from meeting and working with culturally diverse people who experience and overcome very difficult challenges. Her motto: no race,no hate!
