Born in America, rooted in the rich lineage of India, and shaped by years of wandering, Sheela carries a mosaic of worlds within her. Her music blends folk, soul, and indie into luminous soundscapes, with melodies that feel both intimate and expansive and lyrics that read like pages from a personal myth.

Her songs trace a heroine’s journey of healing, transformation, and the powerful alchemy of becoming. Now living in Vienna—a city of history, stories, and hidden corners—Sheela is weaving herself into the local music scene. Her performances often feature the spellbinding violin of Austrian folk legend Stephan “Stoney” Steiner, whose playing adds depth and a touch of timelessness to her sound.
